Testimonials

"There are so many great things about these camps I'm not sure where to start. First, the coaches were energetic, knowledgeable and kept the kids interested and engaged. I think the thing I loved most was everything the coaches taught related back to game situations. I don't think kids get enough of that these days.

My daughter does many basketball camps and I am going to say this was the best…My only regret is that our daughter’s entire team didn't participate. It was truly phenomenal.

"I liked the "flow" of the camp. The combination of basketball drills appeared well thought out so that the kids got exposed to basketball skills, character building and principles of success. My son remained engaged. Before the camp I was concerned he might not be ready for a skills focused camp but within the first few hours I was certain we have made the right decision.

Basketball skills and principles of success!.... My son remained engaged for the whole camp.

"I enjoyed the fact that the importance of life overshadowed the basketball skills being taught. Every drill had specific goals which were then reinforced with amazing demonstrations. The clear communications about the real-life issues that young people deal with...It was great to see our son and daughter being able to utilize their development from the last camp. Great Camp!

Taking the time to teach young people what it takes to be successful in life and in basketball is amazing to see. We got so much more out of this camp than expected.

"Even though it's your business and we pay for the privilege, the way you handle and inspire my boys gives me joy like you couldn't believe. They both listen and absorb information from you that I could never get through to them being their old man. I'm not sure who loves it more, me or them. You might just be the guy that saves my son. He's always been in his brothers shadow but now is starting to find his own identity through his basketball all because of you.

My friend you are very, very good at what you do and I'm sure I'm not the only parent that thinks like me. Thank you for all that your doing with our sons.

FAQ's

Have the March camps been postponed?

Unfortunately yes!

For 20 years the physical health and wellbeing of the Tomorrow’s Stars Basketball community has been, and continues to remain, our highest priority. We’ve weathered challenging times before but in the wake of the unprecedented impact of COVID-19, we’ve had to make some tough decisions.

Unfortunately, the changes will have a big impact on both our customers and our business.

We are truly living in unique times. The current pandemic is impacting everyone from our families, to our businesses, to our first responders who are bravely on the front lines. As the situation continues to affect our world, we wanted to reach out and update you on the changes that we are implementing to our upcoming March school holiday basketball camps.

As you can imagine, we have not taken this decision lightly, however given the ever-evolving government recommendations around safety and gatherings to prevent the spread of COVID-19 we have had to postpone our upcoming March school holiday basketball camps. It deeply pains us to do this and disappoint so many children, but our hands have been forced and we have no other option moving forward.

This is the first time in 20 years running our renewed school holiday basketball camps that we have not been able to conduct this program and I’m sure you can all appreciate how difficult a time this is for everyone.

As per Tomorrow’s Stars Basketball policies which can be found online HERE, in the event that Tomorrow’s Stars Basketball has to postpone a program all attendees will receive a full credit to use at a future basketball camp. Given the uncertainty of the current situation we will not be putting a 12-month expiry on these credits and you will be welcome to enrol your child into any of our future basketball camps, whenever they may be.

Like many of you, the Tomorrow’s Stars Basketball business will be significantly impacted by the latest changes announced by the government. Having lost a significant amount of money securing venues and merchandise for our upcoming basketball camps, Tomorrow’s Stars Basketball is not offering refunds. Please be aware of all terms and conditions on our website which were agreed to upon your registration and that as stated above, only credits will be offered.

Times like these remind us all that we need to band together as a community to overcome challenges. We sincerely look forward to welcoming you all back to our school holiday basketball camps in the hopefully not too distant future and we regret that we are unable to offer your child this experience during this time.

We wish all of you, and your loved one’s good health during this period of uncertainly.

Can I get a refund if my child is sick or I change my mind after booking?
  • All purchases are final and under no circumstance will a cash refund be issued, only credit.
  • Bookings cancelled more than 2 weeks prior to the official camp closing date will be issued with a 100% credit.
  • Bookings cancelled within 2 weeks prior to the official camp closing date will be issued with a 50% credit.
  • Bookings cancelled after the official camp closing date forfeit their fees.
  • No refunds or credit relating to inability to complete services or non-attendance.
Where do we go?

Look for the Tomorrow’s Stars Basketball display flags that should get your attention outside the stadium and inside the entrance. Make your way to the registration sign in/out station where you’ll be greeted by one of our friendly staff members where you’ll be asked to sign in your child to the basketball camp.

What do I need to bring along each day?

Snack, lunch, drink and basketball to each day of all camps.

Can I drop my child off at the basketball camp earlier and pick them up late?

You are welcome to arrive from 8.30am each morning and we have a 15mins grace period at the conclusion of each camp.

Can my child only attend 1 day of the camp?

Yes, your child can attend 1 day of any camp but there are no discounts offered because of this.

Can my child be in the same group as their sibling or friend?

Yes, where possible we let children know that they can be in groups with friends and family members.

How do you split up the groups at your camp?

Children are split up into groups via age and skill level.

What are the children to coach ratios?

The ratio is usually 1 experienced coach to every 12-16 children.

Do your coaches have experience and working with children checks?

Yes, all coaches working at our basketball camps have current Working with Child Checks.

Can I use my credit from another Tomorrow’s Stars Basketball program to pay for the camp?

Yes, contact us via email and we will send you your credit that can be used for your camp booking.

What happens if I select the incorrect size for my child’s free camp item, can I exchange it or order the correct size?

Once you select your child’s size for any free camp item during the booking process, that will be the size supplied at the camp. We only have limited stock available for exchanges. We can order you another item but that will be at your expense.

What happens if my child doesn’t receive the free camp item?

If for some reason your child doesn’t receive the free camp item, we will post it out to you within 14 days of the school holidays finishing.

What do I do if my child requires medication to be administered during your camp?

Please contact us prior to the camp commencing and advise us of this. You will need to provide written consent and instructions for use if applicable.

Do you have a toilet policy for children?

The safety of the children attending our basketball camps is a high priority. The venue’s toilets are inspected prior and throughout the duration of every basketball camp. All children are to go to the toilet in pairs; younger children where possible will be escorted to and from the toilet.
